For Nigeria, we typically use GIG Logistics; for international orders, we use DHL, UPS, or similar carriers.

Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs fees assessed by destination countries.
Skyn Med Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

18. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Waiver of Class Claims

Arbitration agreement: Except where prohibited by law, you and Skynmed Advanced Clinicals agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the purchase, receipt, or use of any product (each, a “Claim”) shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class, representative, or consolidated action. This means you waive any right to a jury trial and to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Arbitration forum and rules: The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules for consumer disputes. The arbitrator will apply the substantive law of the governing jurisdiction identified above and will have authority to award the same damages and relief as a court. The arbitrator’s award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Small claims: Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, either you or Skynmed Advanced Clinicals may choose to bring an individual action in small claims court for Claims within that court’s jurisdiction.
Opt-out: If you do not wish to be bound by arbitration, you may opt out by sending an email to info@skynmedlab.com within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms, containing your name, address, phone number, email, and a statement that you are opting out of arbitration. If you timely opt out, you will retain your right to pursue disputes in court.
Severability: If any portion of this arbitration agreement is held unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be severed and the remainder enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, except that class, collective, or representative arbitration shall not be available.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skynmed Advanced Clinicals regarding the Site and your purchases.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
