Processing times may vary during peak periods such as holidays, special promotions, or new product launches.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details and your courier information.
If you’re shipping to a hotel or temporary address, please ensure your expected delivery window aligns with our processing and estimated delivery times, as Skyn Med Lab cannot be held responsible for uncollected packages.

We currently ship from Lagos, Nigeria to the following destinations:

Across Africa: Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda,

Select European destinations: France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Delivery Estimates
Once your order has finished processing, we’ll ship your items and email you a tracking number.
Delivery times vary by location, typically as follows:
• Nigeria (Lagos) – 1–3 business days
• Nigeria (Lagos Extensions) – 2–3 business days
• Nigeria (Outside Lagos) – 3–5 business days
• Africa (Regional Orders) – 5–10 business days
• UK & EU – 7–14 business days
• US & Canada – 10–14 business days
Please note that these delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs clearance, courier delays, or weather disruptions.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Couriers
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:
• Nigeria: GIG Logistics or DHL Nigeria
• Africa: DHL Express or Aramex
• UK, EU, US & Canada: DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx
You can track your package directly through the courier’s website using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, determined by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please email info@skynmedlab.com and we’ll assist in contacting the courier.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier service.
