We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please contact us at info@skynmedlab.com (include your order number) within 7 days of receiving your order for domestic purchases or 14 days for international orders, and our team will assist you with your return or replacement.
We accept returns only for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
Used or opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for any orders currently.
Do you offer international returns?
Yes — orders placed through www.skynmedlab.com and shipped to eligible international destinations are returnable under the same conditions above.
Please email info@skynmedlab.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Customers are responsible for all international return shipping and any customs fees incurred.
We are unable to accept returns from freight forwarding addresses or destinations outside our approved delivery regions.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to info@skynmedlab.com within 5 days of receiving it.
Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief note about the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Please do not discard the item until our team confirms next steps.
Return shipping process
All approved returns must be shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or GIG Logistics, with valid tracking informationprovided to Skyn Med Lab.
Returns sent without tracking or via unapproved couriers will not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as our fulfillment process begins quickly.
Please contact us immediately with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.
Fair use
We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we detect unusual or abusive return patterns.
